BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Lagco, Inc., for energy efficiency improvements to the Black and Williams Community Center, for the Division of Environmental Policy, increasing the contract price by the sum of $3000 from $426,040 to $429,040.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,000, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lagco, Inc. from account #3210-313201-91012, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
