BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the property located at 400 East Fifth Street is hereby declared to be surplus property.

                     Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a deed and any necessary documents for the transfer of the property located at 400 East Fifth Street to United Way of the Bluegrass, Inc.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
