BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an extension of the Agreement with New Vista of the Bluegrass, Inc. (f/k/a Bluegrass.org), for offender mental health services, at the Division of Community Corrections, extending the current Contract through June 30, 2024.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $813,096, be and hereby is approved for payment to New Vista of the Bluegrass, Inc., from account #1101-505402-71204, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
