BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Community Based Services, for funding awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), to apply additional child care Program requirements in the Family Care Center.
Section 2 -That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
