Summary

Authorization to accept temporary construction easements and permanent storm and sanitary sewer easements from owners of record for 301 and 305 Ash Street. These easements are needed to supply storm and sanitary sewers for 366 and 370 Glen Arvin Avenue. There will be no cost to the LFUCG for these easements. (L0212-17) (Martin/Hoskins-Squier)

                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary documents and to accept deeds conveying permanent storm and sanitary sewer easements and temporary construction easements across the properties located at 301 and 305 Ash Street, at no cost to the Urban County Government.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
