BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Claunch Construction, LLC for Meadows/Northland/Arlington Public Improvements Project, Phase 3D, increasing the contract price by the sum of $26,439.86 from $809,238.90 to $835,678.76.
