The new contract amount including this change order is $188,851.00. Connection of the sanitary sewer and water lines were not in this contract’s original scope of work, nor captured in the construction of the sanitary sewer utility services price contract work. The contractor shall run piping and install associated plumbing items, tap on to the sanitary sewer system and have the work inspected.
