BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 90-2012 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $39,500, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tactical Energetic Entry Systems, LLC, from account #3200-505505-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 2 - That the remainder of Resolution No. 90-2012 shall be unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
