BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a $10,000.00 Grant from the Jessamine County Fiscal Court for the support of personnel and operating expenses in the Lexington Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Jessamine County, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements related to this Grant.
