BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with SAK Construction, LLC, for the Large Diameter Cure-in-Place Pipe and Manhole Rehabilitation Project, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $92,665.00, from $1,376,825.00 to $1,284,160.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
