BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Morpho Trak, be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the MorphoBIS Latent Expert Workstation, and authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Morpho Trak, related to the procurement of the MorphoBIS Latent Expert Workstation.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of 95,475, be and hereby is approved for payment to Morpho Trak, from account #3140-505506-96468, for the above procurement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
