Summary
Request Council authorization to enter into a price contract for a services agreement with Harshaw Trane to provide annual preventative maintenance (PM) services for HVAC equipment at the Government Center, Police HQ, and Downtown Arts Center. The contract shall be adjusted annually for increase and / or decrease for additions and / or deletions to Scope of Services and as specified in Section 3. Renewal Price Adjustment of the agreement. The initial contract cost for the services will be $8,600 and covers the annual calibration, preventative maintenance inspection, total acid / moisture testing, condenser service, and oil analysis of the equipment.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Harshaw Trane to provide scheduled annual preventative maintenance services for HVAC equipment at the Government Center, Police HQ, and Downtown Arts Center for up to three (3) years, with the cost in FY2013 estimated not to exceed $8,600.00.
