BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That BL Anderson be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of replacement parts for the HeadworksTM bar screen compactor located at the West Hickman Wastewater Treatment Plant, for the Division of Water Quality, and authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with BL Anderson related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $55,481.00, plus freight, be and hereby is approved for payment to BL Anderson.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
