BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Windstream Communications, Inc., to provide reimbursement for the relocation of communications cables related to the Town Branch Park Public Access Improvements Project.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $20,990.85.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Windstream Communications, Inc., from accounts # 2613-303202-3251-91715 ($10,495.42) and # 1105-303202-3251-91715 ($10,495.43), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
