Summary
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_7,168,428.67__form_ General Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_7,621.22__form_ Full Urban Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_2,918,782.99__form_ Municipal Aid Program Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_42,912.40__form_ Affordable Housing and Homelessness Prevention Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_12,440.00__form_ Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_312,440.00__form_ Water Quality Management Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_78,243.00__form_ Enhanced 911 Fund _to_ various accounts.
) Re-appropriations within the 2022 Bond Projects Fund; 2024 Bond Projects Fund; Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund; Property & Casualty Claims Fund; and various Grant funds that do not result in changes to the Unappropriated Fund Balance of these funds.
Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in "BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0036" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
