BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101-121002-71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for internal allocation to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Aging Services ($1,000.00), from account #1101-121002-71299, pending completion and approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage...
