Authorization to abolish one (1) unclassified position of Engineering Technician (Grade 515N) and re-fund an existing unfunded Classified Civil Service Position of Municipal Engineer Sr. (Grade 528E) in the Division of Engineering, effective upon passage of Council. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN

COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the following subsection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted: 

                     320.030                     1                     423                     515N                                          Engineering Technician

                     Section 2 - That funding shall be restored for one (1) existing Classified Civil Service Position of Municipal Engineer Sr., Grade 528E, in the Division of Engineering.

                     Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
