BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 37-2012 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 4 - That the following subsection line numbers of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby are created to read as follows:

850.110 1 104 108N Staff Assistant Sr.
850.115 2 103 107N Staff Assistant
Section 2 - That the remainder of Ordinance No. 37-2012 shall remain unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage.
