BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and to execute a Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with CivicLex, for lease of 639 total gross square feet of space of the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center located at 141 E. Main Street, ending June 30, 2022, resulting in monthly payments of $639.00, totaling $8,307.00 for the length of the lease.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
