BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with EyeMed, for Vision Care Insurance Plans for all eligible Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government employees, at no cost to the Urban County Government. All plan benefits and rates will remain the same for the period beginning January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2027.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
