BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of PFM Asset Management, LLC, for treasury consulting services for the Department of Finance, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the RFP and response, and that the Mayor is authorized, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute the Agreement with PFM Asset Management, LLC, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, related to these services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $50,000.00 in FY2012, be and hereby is approved for payment to PFM Asset Management, LLC, from account #1101-202101-71202, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
