BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That multiple responses to RFP No. 24-2012 - Comprehensive Commercial Banking Services, for the Department of Finance, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the RFP and respective agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements and any other necessary documents related to the RFP with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., U.S. Bank National Association, Elavon, Inc., and any related affiliates, at total estimated cost not to exceed $110,000.00 for FY2014.
