BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of CED, Inc.; Eckert, LLC; NetZero USA Holdings, Inc.; and Rexel USA, Inc., establishing price contracts for Electrical and Lighting Materials, for the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the respective bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
