BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Letter of Agreement with the United States Department of the Army, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and any related deeds for the amendment of easements on the property located at 2250 Leestown Road (f/k/a 151 Vo-Tech Road), to extend the term of existing sanitary sewer easements on the property for a period of fifty (50) years.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $4,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the United States Department of the Army from account # 4002-303401-3401-71301, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
