BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the First Amendment, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc. ("CAC"), allocating an additional $54,981.00 to provide temporary emergency shelter and supportive services to homeless families caring for minor children.
