BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. Three (3), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the agreement with Bluegrass Area Development District, to accept additional funds in the amount of $65,107.95 and to amend service delivery/budget back-up for operation of the Lexington Senior Citizens Center.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
