BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky 911 Services board and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $217,676.25 in Commonwealth of Kentucky funds and will pay expenses related to the updating and refreshing of a Palo Alto Security Appliance/Router for the Division of Enhanced 911.
