BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept a devise of real property located at 2490 Paris Pike from the Estate of the late Morris B. Floyd, and further authorizing the Mayor to accept a deed and to execute any other documents related to the transfer of the property to the Urban County Government for use as a public park.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
