BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, awarded pursuant to RFQ No. 37-2022 and paid for with funds awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), with Strand Associates, Inc., for design engineering services for the Brighton Trail Connection.
Section 2 -- That an amount, not to exceed $103,652.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates, Inc., from account #3230-303202-90313, pursuant to the Agreement.
Section 3 - That the Mayor or her designee is further authorized to execute any other necessary amendments, addenda or other documents related to these funds.
