BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Consultant Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 26-2026) with GRW Engineers, Inc., for professional design services of the Lexington Fire Department - New Fire Training Academy Facility.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,392,348.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to GRW Engineers, Inc., from account # 2616-505707-90511, pursuant to the terms of the Consultant Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
