BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the property located at 2002 Family Circle was obtained for greenspace and water retention purposes, which will remain upon transfer. Disposition of this property shall reduce landscaping maintenance costs to the urban county government.
Section 2 - That the property located at 2002 Family Circle is hereby declared to be surplus property.
Section 3 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a deed and any necessary documents for the transfer of the property located at 2002 Family Circle to Liberty Station, LLC, for economic development purposes.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
