BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of MSW Consultants to RFP No. 28-2014 - County Wide Waste Stream Analysis, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with MSW Consultants to provide services related to the RFP, at a cost not to exceed $35,300.00, for the Division of Waste Management.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $35,300.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to MSW Consultants from account # 1115 - 303505 -71299, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
