This is a request to execute a one-year Use Agreement with the Lexington Public Library for the occasional use of the Farish Theater, located at the Central Library. There is no budgetary impact. However, LFUCG will provide a Certificate of Insurance for liability insurance for each use of the theater.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Use Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington Public Library, for occasional use of the Farish Theater for a one-year period, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
