BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works be and hereby is authorized to accept the Quotation from Dura Art Stone, a sole source provider, for the purchase of planters for completion of the Lexington Streetscape Phase One Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $70,113.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Dura Art Stone from account #2600-303301-91714, pursuant to the Quotation.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
