BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Accruent, be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for host and support of a computer maintenance management system, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Accruent, related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $97,696.81, be and hereby is approved for payment to Accruent, from account # 1101 202505 0001 76102 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
