BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, awarding a Class A (Neighborhood) Grant to Martin Luther King Neighborhood Association, Inc., to provide education on water quality issues and provide materials and support for the construction of twenty-five (25) rain gardens in the neighborhood .
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $17,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Andover Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., from account #4051-303204-78112, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
