Authorization to execute change order No. 28 for $41,188.00 with Marrillia Design & Construction, Lexington, Kentucky for the Senior Citizen Center Construction project. The new contract total is $10,274,082.37. This change order will provide undercutting and soil remediation in the entry drive from Life Lane which connects to the entrance of the new Senior Center where unsuitable soils were discovered.
