BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement RFP No. 156-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd., d/b/a ATS Construction, for construction of the Mt. Tabor Road Multimodal Improvements Project, contingent upon the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet approving the award of the Contract.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,709,072.11, be and hereby is approved for payment to L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd., d/b/a ATS Construction, from account # 3160-303202-91715.
Section 3 -That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
