Section 1 - That the bid of Kiesler Police Supply, Inc., establishing a price contract for Soft Body Armor, for the Division of Police, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
