BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept an award of $134,398.00 in Federal funds under the FY 2020 Homeland Security Grant Program from the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security, in partnership with the Kentucky Office of the Secretary of State, in order to purchase Yubikey for cybersecurity for county election officials, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
