BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Government hereby ratifies the Mayor’s prior execution of a renewal agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Commonwealth of Kentucky State Board of Elections, for the acceptance of $575,370.00 for the purchase of voting equipment.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
