BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Emerson Network Power/Liebert Services, a sole source provider, for uninterruptible power system.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $10,404.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Emerson Network Power/Liebert Services, $6,450.48 from account # 1101-505502-76101 and $3,953.52 from account # 4209-505602-76101, pursuant to the terms of the contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
