BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the consultant services Agreement with Johnson Early Architects, for professional design and construction administration services for the Black and Williams Community Center Gymnasium Building Improvements Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $20,000.00, from $76,000.00 to $96,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $20,000.00, is hereby authorized for payment to Johnson Early Architects, from account # 3230-707201-91012, pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. 1.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
