BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Melissa Murphy, Attorney Sr., Grade 121E, $2,579.20 biweekly in the Department of Law, effective April 7, 2014.
Jeffrey Gearding, Security Officer, Grade 106N, $12.235 hourly in the Department of General Services, effective March 24, 2014.
Samuel Futia, Maintenance Mechanic, Grade 113N, $18.419 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.

Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
