BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Helgen Industries d.b.a DeSantis Holster, U.S. Calvary, Kiesler Police Supply, Inc., Kentucky Uniforms, Inc., Galls (an ARAMARK Company LLC), and Bluegrass Uniforms, establishing price contracts for police recruit equipment, for the Division of Police, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
