BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction, in the amount of $250,103.75, for the Man O’ War Boulevard Public Improvement Project Richmond Road Intersection, for the Division of Engineering, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with ATS Construction related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $250,103.75, be and hereby is approved for payment to L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction, from account #3160-303202-91715, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
