BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Bluegrass, Inc., Bryan Station High School Alumni Association, Inc., Squires Elementary School PTA, Fayette County Fatherhood Initiative, and Omega Harvest, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($1,000.00), Bryan Station High School Alumni Association, Inc. ($250.00), Squires Elementary School PTA ($720.00), Fayette County Fatherhood Initiative ($950.00), and Omega Harvest ($770.00), from account #1101 - 121002 - 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
