BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Facilities Solutions Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Cintas Corporation pursuant to a U.S. Communities Participating Public Agencies Master Agreement (Contract #12-JLH-011C), establishing a price contract for the rental of facility entrance mats.
Section 2 - That the Director of Central Purchasing or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and for the term of the Agreement, be and hereby is authorized to execute any additional necessary documents related to the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
