BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 12-2024), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Shield Environmental Associates, for the development of a remediation plan for the parcel located at 299 Southland Drive, for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $132,263.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Shield Environmental Associates, from account # 3230-303204-3334-92211, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
