This is a request to amend Section 21-5 of the Code of Ordinances, abolishing one (1) position of Code Enforcement Officer Sr., (Grade 114E) and creating one (1) position of Code Enforcement Officer (Grade 113N) in the Division of Grants and Special Programs. The impact for FY2013 (14 pay periods) is a cost savings of $3,084.93.

Section 1 - That subsection line number 840.070 of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is created to read as follows:
840.080 3 722 113N Code Enforcement Officer
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0021, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
